FAQFREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions.
You do not need a finished specification to talk with us. These answers explain how we approach the first workflow and what we agree before implementation.
STARTING A CONVERSATION
Begin with what is happening in the work today.
Tell us where checks, coordination, or handoffs are taking time. We can help identify a first workflow even when the system names, requirements, or budget are not yet settled.
ANSWERS
Questions we often hear
If your situation is different, start with what is happening in the work today.
01What can SOOO help us implement?
We map the work that is slowing your business down, then design and implement the operating workflow, data, and system connections needed to improve it. The scope may include business platforms, integrations, AI, robotics, and field operations.
02Do we need to have requirements or a budget ready?
No. You can start with a situation you have observed. We will identify a suitable first workflow and explain the scope, assumptions, cost, and timing before you decide whether to proceed.
03Do you replace our existing systems?
Not by default. We first identify what your current tools already do well and where information or responsibility stops moving. We connect or extend existing systems where that is the soundest option.
04Can you work with a proof of concept or research result?
Yes. We help connect a research outcome or proof of concept to real users, day-to-day operations, data, quality requirements, maintenance, and a responsible operating organization.
05How are AI and automation used?
We distinguish repeatable tasks from decisions that require human judgment. AI or automation is introduced only where its inputs, review points, exceptions, and accountable owner can be defined.
06How are fees and timelines decided?
They depend on the workflow, existing systems, field testing, and the implementation boundary. We propose a staged scope, cost, and schedule so you can choose how far to proceed.
07Can we begin with one department or location?
Yes. We usually start with one workflow whose burden and business impact can be checked, then use what is learned to decide whether and how to expand.
08What happens to information sent through the consultation form?
We use it to understand your request and respond. Please do not include confidential, regulated, or personal information that is not needed for an initial conversation.
